I also train and manage the knowledge transfer to consulting and customer teams to deliver better business solutions and manage the different stakeholders.

  • ITSM, PPM, integrations with ERP, CRM, HR systems, Discovery, Monitoring, etc.
  • Integrated solution across the differents areas of Governance, resolving the real-life problems on the management of services, vendors, assets, contracts, task automation, provisioning...
